流动注射荧光法测定微量草酸根研究

摘    要:根据三价铈在稀硫酸溶液中具有很强荧光,而四价铈在相同的条件下无荧光的现象,利用流动注射荧光分析技术测定草酸根。采用草酸根还原四价铈为三价铈而建立间接测定草酸根的方法.激发光波长258nm,发射光波长354nm。线性范围0~30μs/mL。检出限0.0285μg/mL,测定频率可达120样/h。本方法简便,快速,对蔬菜中微量草酸进行测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:In a dilute sulphuric acid solution,Cerium (III)ion exhibits a characteristic fluorescence, which has its excitation maximum at 258nm and fluorescence emission maximum at 354 nm.But Cerium(IV)is non -fluoescent under the same conditions and it easily is reduced by ox-alate. It seems probable that this system might offer a method for the indirece determintion of ox-alate by flow injection tluorescence analysis. The liner range is 0-30ug/mL and the detection limits is 0. 0258ug/mL. The sampling rate is 120 samlpes per hour. The results for the determination of oxalate in vegetablein are satisfactory.
