| Abstract: | Mind is the forerunner of action, and no practice is feasible without being guided by mind. During the period of 30 years＇reform and openingup, each crucial developmental stage has been accompanied by significant mind emacipation campaign, without which the reform and opening - up practice would not have been possible. From this point of view, we can safely say that mind emancipation is the living soul of re- form and opening -up. |
