汽车半主动悬架系统模糊控制仿真研究

摘    要:建立了某型客车的1/4车体两自由度悬架模型,设计了双输入单输出的模糊控制器,在Matlab/Simulink环境下以滤波白噪声作为随机路面输入信号对客车半主动悬架模型进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明,与被动悬架相比较,基于模糊控制的半主动悬架能有效降低车身垂向加速度,使车辆平顺性有一定程度的提高,但在减小轮胎动载荷及悬架动挠度方面效果不明显,有待与其它控制方法组合对悬架系统进行联合控制,以取得更佳的振动控制效果。

Abstract:The two-degree of freedom suspension model of one quarter coach was built up.A two-input one-output fuzzy controller was designed.And taking the filtered white noise as random road input signal the simulation studies of semi-active suspension model with the software of Matlab/Simulink was carried out.Simulation results show that compared with the passive air suspension,the fuzzy controlled air suspension could be used to reduce the sprung mass acceleration and improve ride comfort in some degrees.But the ef...
