| 摘 要： | 根据126例原发性脑干损伤病人综合治疗的经验总结．强调对原发性脑干损伤病人应及时明确诊断、尽早采取综合治疗措施；且认为GCS评分是反映病情轻重的重要指标，脑干反射是反映病情变化的重要指标．
