自紧身管的应力应变分析及应力强度因子计算

摘    要:本文对自紧身管的应力应变、强度及裂纹问题作了研究,采用混合强化模型对自紧身管进行了弹塑性应力应变今析,得到了解析表达式,并用实验作了验证。得到了残余应力的温度场模拟公式。用有限元法计算了带裂纹的自紧身管的应力强度因子。

Abstract:In this paper, the problems of stress-strain, strength and crack ofthe autofrettaged gun barrel are studied. Elasticoplastic stress-strain analysis ismade with the mixed hardening model, and the analytic expression are obtainedwhich are examined by experiments. The simalative formula of temperature fieldof the residual stresses is obtained. The stress intensity fiactors of the autofre-ttaged gun barrel with cracks are calculated by the finite element method.
