| 摘 要： | “数字城市”建设将会为城市的可持续发展战略提供信息保障体系，满足政府决策、宏观调控、科技创新、自然资源与环境监测、智能交通及城市管理和各项社会公益事业等对信息方面的强烈需求，GPS、GIS和RS（3S）是数字城市的基础。其中GPS可以为数字城市提供一个统一的空间位置；GIS可以使二维信息向三维信息及网络化方向发展；RS可以实现数据的融合与分析。

| Abstract: | GPS, GIP, and RS(3S)are the bases of digital city and the construction for digital city will provide cities with information ensuring system for constant developing strategy to meet the great needs of government decision-making, macroscopic control, scientific ingenuity, monitoring of nsstural resources and environments, intelligence traffic, city management and various public welfare in information. GPS can provide a unified space position for digital city; FIS can make the 2-dimensionad information's 3-dimensionad and network; RS can mix together and analyze the data. |
