摘    要:研究了两种合金渗碳钢锻件普遍正火和等温正火的显微组织和性能,得出:普遍正火难以获得技术要求的组织和性能,等温正火等温前的冷却速度是影响钢件正火质量的重要参数。运用我们编制的低中碳合金钢等温正火计算机专家系统,计算出两种钢件的等温正火工艺参数。

Abstract:The microstructure and the property of two low carbon alloy steel forged parts were compared for parts after isothermal normalizing with those after ordinary normalizing. The results show that the isothermal normalizing has many advantages over that of the Ordinary normalizing, including good machinability and small dimensional change before and after carburizing and hardening. It has been found that the cooling rate before isothermal holding is an important factor. The isothermal normalizing parameters for the two parts were determined by a computerized expert system compiled by the authors.
