| Abstract: | Scientific teaching plans are critical to the successful operation to the model of leaning and working alternation. However,the current teaching plans in many higher vocational colleges are not in accordance with this model. Based on the analysis of the models in some colleges,the article discusses the factors that affect the model,the principles of construction,and the projects of construction etc. The effective role in the construction and further operation of the model are expected. |
