转子碰摩系统实验研究

摘    要:为了研究碰摩转子系统的非线性动力学行为,建立了转子碰摩故障试验系统,通过改变转速和偏心量,观察系统碰摩状况的变化情况,通过时域分析、频谱、轴心轨迹等工具分析系统发生碰摩后的响应.实验表明:系统发生碰摩后,会出现分频和高频成分,为诊断转子系统碰摩故障提供依据.

Abstract:To study the non-linear dynamics of a rub-impact rotor system, we established the rub-impact fault experiment system. By changing the speed and the eccentric quantity,we observed the changes of the system rub. By analyzing time domain, frequency spectrum and axis trajectory,etc., the system response after the rub was studied. Experimental results show that after the system rub, the sub-frequency division and high frequency appear, which can provide a basis for diagnosing rub-impact fault of the rotor system.
