上海城市扩展及其对周边土地利用的占用

本文以不同时期的MSS\TM\ETM 为主要信息源,对上海城市中心建成区从1975~2004年的扩展过程及其扩展过程中对周边土地类型的占用进行动态监测,监测结果表明:上海城市建成区范围在29年间持续增长,但各时期增长速度不均衡,2001~2004年增长速度达到历史最高水平。不同时期,上海城市扩展的主导方向存在差异,总体表现为浦西地区沿主要交通干道向外发展,而浦东地区则向功能区核心发展。上海城市扩展过程中对周边土地利用的影响主要表现为以占用大量耕地为主,对农村居民点和其它建设用地的占用次之,对林地、水域等土地类型的占用则较为微弱。

Shanghai Urban Expansion and Land Use Change around City

Based on MSS\TM\ETM remote sensing images,the study monitored Shanghai urban expansion and the land use change around city between 1975 and 2004.The results are as follows: during 29 years,Shanghai city's built-up area increases continually,but the increase velocity is not balanced in different monitored periods.From 2001 to 2004,the increase velocity is highest of all.The main expansion direction of Shanghai urban is different.The entire characteristic is that,to the district of Huangpujiang's west,the city expanded along the traffic artery;to the district of Huangpujiang's east the city expanded to the core function area.During Shanghai urban expansion,the farmland is occupied most,country dwelling land and other construction land is secondary and other land is least.
