| 摘 要： | 以SnO2为基体材料的气敏元件为例，总结了半导体气敏陶瓷元件的制备过程和研究方法，分析了掺杂、热处理和表面修饰工艺对气敏元件性能的影响，介绍了气敏元件性能的实验和检测方法。
