| 摘 要： | 家族主义信用缺陷已经成为温州民营企业成长发展的障碍,家族主义信用难以突破的根源在于社会信用体系不完备、社会信用资源不足。当前要以社会信用体系建设为契机,大力培育制度信任,为民营企业突破家族主义信用、更大程度地融合社会资本提供一个良好的外部环境。
