| 摘 要： | 通过运用多指标的综合评判方法对2007年河南省18个地级区域的综合竞争力进行评价，18个地级市在竞争实力、竞争潜力以及综合竞争力上有着巨大的差异。利用主成分分析法对29个评估指标分析，发现影响区域综合竞争力的主要因素有技术成长速度、高技术实现水平、生产效率和经济形态的变化。区域综合竞争力的提高主要途径在于技术的发展，特别是高技术产业的发展及其价值的实现。同时，要注意竞争实力的提高与竞争潜力基础的夯实并举。表4，参6。

| Abstract: | After the evaluation on the comprehensive competitiveness of 18 prefecture-level cities of He＇ nan province in 2007 with the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, we found enormous differences among the 18 prefecture-level cities in Current, Potential and Comprehensive Competitiveness. Also, We may discover that The speed of technology growth, the level achieve from high technol- ogy, the productivity and the change of economic pattern are the main factors which have great impact on the regional comprehensive competitiveness after CPA on the 29 Evaluation indicators, The development of technology, especially the development and realization of high technology is the main way to enhance the Regional Comprehensive Competitiveness. Meanwhile, we should pay more attention to the consolidation of the Potential Competitiveness. |
