| 摘 要： | 为研究洁尔阴软膏的镇痛作用,先用扭体法观察洁尔阴软膏及洁尔阴洗液对醋酸所致扭体的镇痛作用.结果显示:洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏均能有效地抑制醋酸对小鼠腹腔的致痛作用,与生理盐水组比较有显著意义;而洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏各剂量之间无显著差异;基质组与生理盐水组比较,亦无显著差异.试验表明洁尔阴软膏具有抑制醋酸引起的扭体作用.进一步用热板法观察洁尔阴软膏和洗液的镇痛作用.结果显示:洁尔阴洗液、洁尔阴软膏组与生理盐水组比较表现出显著性差异;洁尔阴软膏低剂量组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异;基质组与生理盐水组比较无显著差异;洁尔阴洗液与洁尔阴软膏各剂量组相比无显著差异.试验表明洁尔阴软膏具有明显镇痛作用.
