摘    要:为解决当前重金属离子废水处理工艺繁琐、费用居高不下等问题,采用廉价的改性油酸作为液体吸附剂吸附废水中的重金属,并借助正交试验方法研究了温度、初始铜离子浓度、吸附时间及油酸改性条件对吸附效果的影响,得出了吸附等温线和最佳吸附条件。结果表明,当初始铜离子质量浓度为100 mg/L,吸附时间40 min,温度40℃,油碱质量比20∶1时,废水中铜离子的去除率可达99%以上,处理后的废水能够达标排放或回用;吸附后油酸能够用酸再生并得到硫酸铜。

Abstract:Traditional techniques for the treatment of heavy metal wastewater are complicated and suffer from high cost.In an attempt to overcome these problems,the possibility of using an organic acid as a cheap sorbent was in-vestigated.It was found that a modified oleic acid can be used as a new liquid sorbent for heavy metal wastewater and that the spent acid can be easily regenerated.The influence of the temperature,initial concentration of cupric ions,adsorption time and modification process on the adsorption efficiency were studied by orthogonal experiments.The optimum conditions were found and the adsorption isotherm was obtained for the optimized material.When the concentration of cupric ions was 100 mg/L.the optimum temperature was 40℃ and the optimal ratio of oleic acid to alkali was 20:1.The removal ratio can reach 99%in 40 min. After treatment,the wastewater reaches the national standard.
