| 摘 要： | 激光束经透明介质膜片反射后产生散射条纹分布．通过测量３条相邻条纹散射角可计算出测量膜片的折射率．本文推导出了其计算公式及测量误差公式．给出了实验结果．实验表明该方法的测量精度较高．
