| 摘 要： | 对带多滞后的离散不确定奇异系统，给出了所有广义特征值位于一特殊区域内的充分性判据。该区域的形状没有附加特别限制（比如圆等），所有特征值按要求限制在稳定区域内时，所给出的判据将成为稳定鲁棒性判据，对区域为圆盘的情形，给出了数值例子。

| Abstract: | This paper presents sufficient criteria by which all the generalized eigenvalues of discrete uncertain singular systems with multiple time-delays lie within certain specified regions. No restriction is imposed on the shapes of the specified regions. When all the eigenvalues are just required to locate in the stable region, the proposed criteria will become the stability robustness criteria. For the case of circular disk region, a numerical example is given. |
