基于LabVIEW的全自动绝缘靴/手套耐压试验仪

摘    要:针对传统耐压试验自动化程度低等缺点,提出了全自动绝缘靴/手套耐压试验仪,采用干式实验法、基于LabVIEW平台构建了耐压实验测试系统.研究表明:该试验仪可同时测试8只绝缘靴/手套的耐压泄露电流,自动处理分析测试结果和保存打印测试报告,测试分辨率达到0.01 mA.

Abstract:A fully-automatic test apparatus for insulating boots (gloves) without watering was developed, which is a computer test system based on the LabVIEW platform. It was shown that the tester can measure the leakage current for 4 pairs of insulating boots (gloves) simultaneously with a resolution of 0. 01 mA, and the test results can be automatically processed, analyzed, saved and printed to as a test report.
