| 摘 要： | 固定相研究是ＨＰＬＣ技术发展的重要内容，本工作用扫描电子显微技术对用包夹共聚法和分层迭加聚合法制备的硅基ＨＰＬＣ固定相形貌进行观察，考察了胺类阴离子交换剂合成条件对固定相形貌的影响，以及丙烯酸酯类固定相有机物覆盖的均匀性，为ＨＰＬＣ固定相的合成和表征提供了有效的研究方法。

| Abstract: | It is important to research and develope of packings in high performance Liquid Chromatograph. surface study of Silica-based HPLC packings prepared by encapsulated copolymerization and layer-to-layer copolymerization with SEM,is presented in this paper. Effects of preparation conditions on surface parameters of silica-based polyamineenvered wenk anion exehanger and polyaerylate derivatives encapsulated Silicabased HPLC parckings have been studied. And an-effective analysis method is provided for preparation and characterization of HPLC packings of this kinds. |
