新密市大气中SO2总量控制研究

摘    要:运用黑箱模式计算了新密市大气中SO2的环境容量,结果表明,现状大气中的SO2尚有较大的环境容量,因此,现状点源排放的SO2不需要削减,也不必将新密市划为SO2控制区,空气中SO2的剩余容量对今后的工业提供了较大的发展空间。当地煤炭中的硫含量很低是其主要原因之一。连续两年的环境监测数据也验证了黑箱模式的计算结果。

Abstract:The environmental capacity of SO_2 in the air over Xinmi area was determined by applying the model of black box. The result shows that there is more capacity in the air to accept SO_2 , so the amount of SO_2 discharged from each stack needs not to be decreased, and it is not necessary also to take Xinmi as a control area of SO_2, the remained capacity of SO_2 let the industry to develop further without limitation of SO_2. One of the main reasons is that the content of SO_2 in the coal from Xinmi is very low compared with the average content in coal from all over our country. The monitoring results during two consecutive years can prove the result of calculation by black box.
