摘    要:电动助力转向器减速机构普遍采用蜗轮蜗杆机构,以蜗轮齿圈体积最小为设计目标对蜗杆传动进行参数优化设计,优化后节省蜗轮齿圈贵重材料15.05%,利用简易计算工具对蜗轮齿圈能承受的破坏力矩进行估算,并通过试验验证,结果表明优化后的设计能满足实际使用要求.

Abstract:The reducer worm gear mechanism is widely used in electric power steering. It has been optimally designed for the worm gear mechanism with the goal of the minimum volume of worm gear ring, saving precious materials 15.05% compared with traditional design. The failure moment of the worm gear can be born is estimated by using simple calculation tool ,and validated by experiments. The results show that the design optimization can meet the requirements of actual use.
