| 摘 要： | 从近年来师范类英语专业毕业生就业现状来看,毕业生数量与用人岗位的差距、毕业生知识结构及市场需求是造成这种就业现状的成因。从专业教学改革的角度来说,加强英语教育类专业培养力度,充实师范性实践教学环节,适当拓宽专业途径,完善教师评价机制,构建新型教学模式是提高人才培养质量、增强毕业生市场竞争力的必然选择。

| Abstract: | This paper holds that the differences between graduate number and position number,knowledge structure and market demand,account for the present employment status by analyzing the employment status of teacher-oriented English graduates over these years.From the point of English major teaching reform,the paper puts forward that it is a necessary choice to strengthen the training efforts of teacher-oriented English major,enrich the procedure of teaching practice,properly broaden major ways,perfect teacher appraisal mechanism,and structure a new teaching model so that we can improve the quality of talent training and enhance graduates' competitive edge in job market. |
