| Abstract: | In the light of the large scale frost occurring in Xinzhou City on May 13,2008,this paper analyzes the actual situation of each weather circulation element by using the previous circulation features and the evolutional laws,which provides the foundation for publishing the frosty weather forecast accurately. |
