摘    要:本文设计了一种基于醛氧化酶原理来检测甲醛的气体传感器,该传感器的敏感元件以沉金电极为基底经过自组装、活化、吸附等工艺制作而成,对甲醛有较好的电催化氧化作用。利用该电极,以LPC1788为处理核心设计了一套生物传感器甲醛气体检测装置。利用0.1 mg/m3的甲醛气体对传感器进行测试,结果表明传感器对甲醛响应时间为20 s、恢复时间短,检测下限为0.01 mg/m3。

Abstract:We designed a formaldehyde gas detection sensor based on the aldehyde oxidase principle. Its sensitive component was manufactured through such process as self assembly, activation, and adsorption with gold electrode as substrate, and had better electro catalysis and oxidation effect to formaldehyde. We further designed a formaldehyde gas detection biosensor with the electrode and a LPC1788 chip as its CPU. The biosensor was tested with formaldehyde gas of 0.1 mg/m3.Results demonstrate that the sensor has as rapid response time as 20 s, shorter recovery time and lower detection limit as 0.01 mg/m3 to formaldehyde gas.
