| Abstract: | The instructor is the backbone strength of university student in thought political education, one outstanding university instructor must have " four hearts ", namely loving heart, patience, satisfactory, relieving. The universities should establish one set of effective Guaranteeing mechanisms, which causes the instructor truly to become the guider and leader of university student's thought health grows. |
