舟山市文献资源共建共享实施方案初探

文献信息成为特殊的生产要素之时才是经济增长方式根本转变之日。本市作为美国里士满市的姊妹市，不能长期置于ＩＮＴＥＲＮＥＴ网外。目前至少也应提出本市文献信息传递网络化的初步设想，争取在“九五”期间或不迟于２０１０年能够立项。只有这样才能消除行政区划对于信息资源共建共享的障碍，从而加大我市的开放力度

THE PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON IMPLEMENTATION OF CO-BUILDING AND SHARE FOR DOCUMENT RESOURCE IN ZHOUSHAN

The mode of economic growth is being changed whenever the document information becomes an element of production. As a sister city of Richmond of U.S, Zhoushan shoud be no longer out of INTERNET. At least the preliminary concept about computer net of information shoud be put forward at present and the project shoud be formed in the ninth five-year plan or before 2010.The obstacles to co-building and share of document resources can be eliminated only by this way, thus the level of opening of our city will be improved.
