| Abstract: | This paper considers the present state of distribution automation in our country. It is necessary and avaiable to integrate dispatch automation (including monitor in substation) and load control, according to analyses and our experiments. We propose an implementation scheme of the integration, therefore, there is a basis of full automation in distribution systems. |
