| 摘 要： | 以ＤＭＡＰ为催化剂，对高位阻叔丁醇与乙酸酐之间发生的酰化反应进行了实验研究，通过合理的方案设计，筛选出了可使产物收率达到８７％以上的最佳实验条件。

| Abstract: | By using DMAP as catalysts, the acylation acted between the high sterically hindered alcohol, tert _butanol with acetic anhydride is tested and studied. The optimal condition of yield above 87% is sifted with a legitimate design. |
