三相UPS电源锁相与换相技术的研究

摘    要:为保证UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply)逆变电源输出电压与市电电压在切换时的同步,逆变器在热备份状态必须完成市电相位与相序的检测,来实现UPS输出相序的调整和相位的锁定。采用TMS320LF2407的DSP为控制芯片,应用一种新的控制方法成功实现了UPS逆变输出相序的转换和锁相同步。实验验证了该方法的可靠性和实用性,有效地减少了切换时的电流冲击。

Abstract:In order to ensure the synchronization of output voltage and network voltage in UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) supply switching operation,inverter must accomplish checking of phase sequence and phase difference of network voltage,then realize altering of the output phase sequence and locking of the output phase in the hot-prepare state.A new controlling means with digital locking phase technology by DSP TMS320LF2407 successfully realized network phase sequence judgment and output phase sequence alter in UPS inverter.The experiment result shows that the method is feasible and practical,which effectively reduced current shock in switching operation.
