| 摘 要： | 标枪运动员在训练中不仅要注意训练的方式、方法，更要重视对标枪运动员专项能力的培养。实践表明：有效的训练手段，有利于动作技能的形成，在短期内改进专项技术快，成绩提高显著。

| Abstract: | In the process of training, javelin throwers should pay attention not only to the ways and methods of ceaching, but to raring javelin throwers' specialized ability. The practice shows that the effective means of training can quickly improve javelin throwers; specialized skills which can help skills of movement form and significantly promote their results. |
