摘    要:通过分析得出不同压缩条件下的增强相定向度概率分布函数,计算获得裂纹扩展过程中的架桥应力曲线及阻抗曲线,对增韧特性的方位角依赖性进行了讨论,对架桥应力与裂纹张口位移的变化关系进行了讨论,并把计算结果与试验数据进行了对比分析.本文的力学模型基本具备分析裂纹小位移段增韧行为的要素.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of pressing during the CMCs manufacture process, the relation between orientation probability of reinforcements and pressing ratio was expressed in math formulas so that the bridging stress against crack opening displacement curve and R curve can be obtained. The dependence of toughing characteristics on ODR(orientation distribution of reinforcements) was discussed. The shape of bridging stress curve have no matter with ODR, but stress has higher value as ODR has more condensed scale. The ORD also has effect on R curve. At last some experimental data were quoted to confirm the rightness of theory.
