涂料用丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯超微乳液的研究

摘    要:比较了一次加料法、两段滴加法、单体预乳化法等操作方式,论述了丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、N-羟甲基丙烯酸酰胺等单体及单体量等组分因素和氨化反应对丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯超微乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。

Abstract:To understand effect on microemulsion copolymerization of acrylate styrene for coating use, we have discussed three different feeding methods and several monomers. The methods we discussed are: all mixing and feeding before polymerization; dividing into two parts with different component and then feeding with the two parts; one part pre_emulsifying but the other not, then feeding with two parts. The monomers discussed are acrylates, styrene, methacrylic acid, acrylic acid and N_methylolacrylamide. We have also discussed the effect of aminating on the size of particles after polymerization.
