| 摘 要： | 研究氧化铝陶瓷刀具切削淬硬GCr15轴承钢切削过程中的刀具磨损形态、耐磨性能,刀具磨损过程中刃型变化规律及其对切削机理的影响,提出陶瓷刀具“自励”的观点,讨论刀具磨损与破损的关系和陶瓷刀具耐用度标准。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the wear form of an Al_2O_3 ceramic cutter, the wearability, the change of its edge shape and its influence on the cutting mechanism in cutting hardened steel GCr15. A new viewpoint, self-sharpening of the cutter, is proposed. The relationship between the cutter wear and breaking, and the criterion of the cutter life are also studied. |
