镁合金疲劳研究现状及展望

摘    要:对镁合金疲劳研究的现状进行了总结,包括镁合金的低周疲劳行为、高周疲劳行为、腐蚀环境下的疲劳行为以及镁合金疲劳寿命的预测方法,并归纳了镁合金疲劳性能强化的主要方法,包括添加稀土元素、热处理、表面处理等;在此基础上,对镁合金疲劳研究的不足进行了分析,并对镁合金疲劳研究的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The present studies of the fatigue of magnesium alloys have been summarized in this paper, including the low cycle fatigue behavior, high cycle fatigue behavior, fatigue behavior under the corrosive environment and fatigue life prediction methods of magnesium alloys. And then, the main methods for the fatigue strengthening of magnesium alloys have also been summarized, such as the rare earth element adding, heat treatment, surface treatment and etc. On this basis, the shortage of the present magnesium alloy fatigue research is analyzed. In addition, the developing direction of magnesium alloy fatigue research in the future is discussed.
