| Abstract: | In this paper, the osculatory rational interpolatory operatorbased on the zeros of (1 - x~2)U_n (x), (1 - x~2)P_n (x) and (1 - x~2)P'_(n-1) (x) isrespectively considered. The pointwise estimates of approximation for continu-ous functions are given. The main results of reference[1] are improved. |
