福州市少儿乒乓球训练工作存在训练点减少,领导对少儿乒乓球训练工作重视不够,教练员缺乏培训,体校生源少缺,生源水平低,招生困难,文化学习与训练矛盾突出等问题.造成现状的原因既与社会大环境变化有关,也有体校自身存在问题.建议应加强领导,加强体校自身建设,提高体校办学层次,做好体教结合,研讨训练新办法,以克服读训矛盾.
