基于知识密集型服务业科技创新保障机制研究

在我国各种经济成份中,知识密集型服务业是一支重要的力量,它对新型产业的诞生、发展和传播起到了纽带作用,基于知识生产和重新配置的特殊功能,知识密集型服务业已经成为知识和创新的重要支柱。知识的内生需求是知识密集型服务业的关键需求,为了提供科技创新保障,只有坚持研发与投入,积极构建科技创新保障机制。在阐述了知识密集型服务业中的科技保障机制的作用基础上,解释了制约知识密集型服务业发展的因素,科技保障机制的建设与完善。

Study of technological innovation protection mechanism based on knowledge-intensive service industries

China's various economic sectors,knowledge-intensive services is an important force,it is the birth of new industries,development and dissemination played a linking role,based on the special features of knowledge production and re-configured,knowledge-intensive the type of service industry has become an important pillar of the knowledge and innovation.Knowledge of the endogenous demand is the critical needs of the knowledge-intensive service industries,in order to provide scientific and technological innovation protection,only by adhering to the R & D and investment,and actively build scientific and technological innovation protection mechanism.This study,the core technology in knowledge-intensive services sector security mechanism to explain the restricting factors of KIBS development,construction and improvement of science and technology safeguard mechanism.
