生石灰的除磷性能与除磷机理研究

摘    要:将生石灰作为除磷材料,用以处理含磷废水.在不同初始磷浓度含磷废水中投入不同量生石灰,测量出残余磷浓度,计算出生石灰有效利用率,得出生石灰能够较快且有效地从含磷废水中去除磷,且对高浓度含磷废水中有更好效果.通过pH在除磷时的变化规律,研究生石灰除磷机理,并借助FTIR等表征发现,生石灰的主要成分为CaO,该材料在含磷废水中能够快速释放Ca2+和OH-,并与磷酸根离子发生混凝反应,形成磷酸钙沉淀从而达到除磷的目的.

Abstract:Quicklime can be used to removal phosphorus from the phosphorus-containing wastewater .Dif-ferent amount of quick lime is put into the different initial concentration of phosphorus wastewater .Effec-tive utilization rate of lime calculation can be born for measuring the residual phosphorus concentration . The research result shows that phosphorus can be removed quickly and effectively from the phosphorus-containing wastewater by quicklime . And the high concentration of phosphorus wastewater has high effect .Through the changing rule of the pH in phosphorus removal ,quicklime phosphorus removal mech-anism has been studied .According to the characterization of FT-IR ,Ca2+ and OH - released from quick-lime (the main component is CaO) ,and the reacted with phosphate ions to form calcium phosphate precipi-tation to remove phosphorus from the phosphorus-containing wastewater .
