太极拳对人体机能的影响

摘    要:太极拳运动是中国传统体育运动,它以“全身运动”和“交替运动”为主要运动方式.多年来,人们对太极拳对人体的影响一直有着不同的争论.为了探究太极拳对人体各器官、系统的促进作用及其机理,在查阅文献基础上,结合多年的太极拳教学、训练及锻炼的经验,研究证明,太极拳作为一种合乎生理规律、轻松柔和的健身运动,在对人体中枢系统起着积极而疗好的促进作用的同时,可以提高心血管、呼吸、循环等系统的功能,减少体内淤血,改善消化与新陈代谢的过程,对人体心理的变化进行合理的调节.因此,从医学的观点看,它是一种很好的医疗辅助保健运动.

Abstract:The Taijiquan movement is the Chinese traditional sports,which take "whole body movement" and "alternating motion" as it main mode of motion.For many years,people have different arguments to the influence of Taijiquan to person's body.In order to inquire into the function of Taijiquan to the human body,various organs,the system promoter action and mechanism,in the consult literature foundation,through the union for many years of Taijiquan teaching,training and exercise experience,the system promoter action is carried on thoroughly studies.The research proved that,Taijiquan is a kind of sports that conforms with the physiological rule,and it's the relaxed,gentle and health sports.While it is getting positive and good action to the main center system of human,it may enhance the system and cardiovascular,breath,circulation function,reduces in vivo extravasated blood,improve digestion and the metabolism process,carry on the reasonable adjustment to the human body psychology changes.Therefore,from the medicine viewpoint,it is a kind of good medical auxiliary health care movement.
