高校心理咨询势在必行

现代经济的飞速发展，对提高大学生的整体素质提出了更高更新的要求，目前大学生中心理障碍和心身疾病的发病情况日益严重，而学校心理咨询在帮助大学生纠正心理偏常、缓解心理压力、提高心理健康水平、改善学校的心理社会环境方面起着任何其它形式的教育都无法替代的特殊作用．笔几年来在大学生中作了大量心理调查，认为目前高校在心理咨询方面的投入及工作力度远远不能满足素质教育的要求，亟待加强和完善，以适应我国人才培养及提高综合国力．

Crucial Necessity of Psychological Counselling for College Students

This paper is intended to deal with mental and psychosomatic disorder which has become worse and worse with the college students.It argues that psychological counselling or psychotherapy would help to overcome mental disorder and psychosomatic disorder as well as improve the mental health.Therefore,this paper suggests that college administrators and educators should attach primary importance to college psychological counselling so as to meet the demand of personnel training.
