1780热连轧机机座系统的动力学分析

摘    要:以1780热连轧机机组第五架轧机在轧制过程中发生振动为背景,建立其弹簧质量模型。利用AN-SYS软件对轧机机座系统进行动力学分析,计算出其各阶模态参数。第2,3,6阶主振型上下工作辊运动方向相反,第2阶主振型频率为124.62 Hz,同三倍频振动特征有较好的吻合,易于形成轧制厚度波动。本文的研究可为轧机机座系统的动力学分析寻找出一条新思路。

Abstract:According to the vibration happened in rolling process of 1780 tandem rollong mill,the spring and mass model is established. The dynamic analysis is carried out by using software ANSYS,the modal parameters of mill-stand are calculated.The movement directions of top and bottom work roll are opposite in the 2nd,3rd and 6th order modal shape,the frequency of 2nd order modal shape is 124.62 Hz,which is consistent with the vibration characteristics of third harmonic frequency,and easy to form rolling thickness f...
