| 摘 要： | 完善的激励机制对激发税务系统公务员的工作热情、提高行政效率有极其重要的意义。在分析税务系统公务员工作特点的基础上,阐述了中国税务系统公务员现行激励机制的主要方式、存在问题及原因。为提高税务系统的工作绩效,从物质、制度和文化三方面入手,提出设计科学的工资和福利标准、完善职业发展规划与考核晋升机制、加强税务文化的建设等完善税务系统公务员激励机制的对策。 |
