透平叶栅二次流瞬态特性的新测试方法

摘    要:为了解决常规粒子图像测速系统(PIV)对小于20%主流速度的弱次流场进行测量时无法得到可靠矢量场的问题,通过调整第二束片光使其沿主流方向偏移1~1.5mm来跟踪粒子运动,实现了对高速流动中弱二次流瞬态速度场的可靠测量.在此基础上,组合调制4束激光片光的触发时序和空间位置,使不同时间触发的片光能跟踪粒子的运动,再结合2套互相关CCD和偏振光技术,可获得3组高时间分辨率的连续瞬态矢量场,从而实现了对非定常二次流质点运动及涡系结构演绎过程的跟踪测量.
