This paper introduees the status quo in which demand outnumbers supply in the Japanese talents market, pointing out the problems existing in the Japanese talents market. On this basis, it explores the reform of the Japanese teaching and insists that schools should expand enrollment, break the traditional teaching pattern, teach the cultural differences in many ways and develop the teaching forces so that the balance of demand and supply can be realized and the students become the needed talents on the market.
