| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,归纳了中西方不同时期人们对形体美的认识,以及形体美所产生的生理、心理作用.根据多年从事形体课的教学经验与研究,就普通高校学生形体美的教学内容选择、形体美的训练应融入到校园体育文化建设提出了建议.

| Abstract: | This paper,by using literature materials and logic analysis,generalizes the different conceptions on people's physical beauty and its psychological and physiological effect.Based on the teaching experience for years,the author suggests that the building of physical beauty of college students be listed in the construction of campus sports culture. |
