偏二甲肼污水处理工艺探讨

摘    要:根据二氧化氯氧化偏二甲肼的化学反应机理,对二氧化氯氧化偏二甲肼反应的氧化深度或程度、二氧化氯的氧化效率与利用率以及污水模拟处理进行了详细研究.研究结果表明污水处理工艺的最佳条件为:偏二甲肼/ClO_2摩尔投料比1:9,采取多级氧化塔串联氧化方式,氧化温度15℃,陈化时间15 d,污水经流量为3 mL/min的吸附柱(25 mm ×400 mm,100 g活性炭)处理后,污水各项理化指标达到GB8978-1996排放标准.

Abstract:Based on the oxidative mechanism of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine with ClO_2,the depth of the oxidation.the efficiency and utilization rate of oxidant and simulation test of wastewater treatment were investigated detailly.The results showed that the optinum treament processes of wastewater containing unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine was established as follow:The molar ratio of unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine to ClO_2 was 1:9,series multistage contact oxidation process was used,oxidation temperature was 15 ℃,aging time Was 15 days.Physical and chemical indexes of treated wastewater meet the discharge standard requirements of GB8978-1996 after the wastewater was treated by adsorption column(25 mm × 400 mm,100 g active carbon)with 3 mL/min flow rate.
