箔式绕组变压器优化设计

摘    要:提出了箔式绕组变压器的一种优化设计方法.该方法考虑到箔式绕组电流引线的存在,为了满足铁心与引线之间的绝缘距离,铁心截面在优化设计时采用了不对称结构,与对称铁心截面结构相比,可以很大程度地提高铁心截面积.将一种改进遗传算法应用到铁心截面和整台变压器的优化设计中,基于优化后的不对称铁心截面对两台箔式绕组变压器进行了优化设计,在满足要求的情况下,成本分别降低8.63%和6.82%.

Abstract:An optimization design method for foil-wound transformers is presented,where the asymmetric core section is designed to adapt for the insulation space between core section and current lead of foil winding.The asymmetric core section is allowed to enlarge its effective area compared with the symmetric one.An improved genetic algorithm is employed for both core section and total transformer optimization.Meeting the restriction requirements,two optimized foil-wound transformers enable to reduce the cost by 8.63% and 6.82% respectively.
