| 摘 要： | 抓好安全生产管理,应着力于我国安全文化建设,在安全生产方面确立统一的、基本的价值观念.在安全生产管理工作中,"安全第一"是原则,"预防为主"是方法,"综合冶理"是保证.在"十二字"安全生产方针中,"预防"是重心,"预"是关键.综合治理的根本任务是:第一,为实行"预防为主"扫除障碍;第二,为实现预防效果提供条件.

| Abstract: | In order to do a good job of work safety administration,we should focus on establishing national safety culture and setting up uniform and basic value of work safety.In the job of work safety administration,"safety first" is principle,"prevention prime" is method;"comprehensive administration" is assurance.In that 6 words work safety policies,"prevention" is the focus.The most important tasks of comprehensive administration are: first,to clear up the obstacles for "prevention prime";secondly,to offer conditions for realizing the effect of prevention. |
