超声波辅助法提取花生壳中木犀草素

摘    要:采用超声波辅助法从花生壳中提取黄酮类物质——木犀草素,确定最佳工艺条件,并用紫外分光广度法测定其含量。最佳提取工艺参数为:提取溶剂为70%乙醇,料液比为1:10,提取时间为45分钟,分三次提取。该提取工艺具有省时、高效、节能等优点。

Abstract:The flavonids-luteolin was extracted from peanut hulls with ultrasonic assisted.The optimum processing conditions were given.The spectrophotometry was used to check the luteolin.The optimum processing conditions were as follows:the solvent was 70% ethanol solution,the mass ratio of solid and solvent was 1:10,the peanut hulls were extracted 15rain for three times.The advantages of this method are high extraction efficiency,less time and energy saving.
