摘    要:在 10 - 6~ - 4mol/L浓度范围内 ,随S - 330 7浓度升高 ,对绿豆下胚轴切段生根的促进作用加大 ,根干重增加 ,对上胚轴伸长的抑制作用增强 .10 - 7mol/L的S - 330 7与 10 - 4mol/LIBA混合处理 ,生根效果比二者单独处理更好 ;IBA和S - 330 7处理先后不同 ,发根数不同 ,IBA先处理、S -330 7后处理的生根数 ,比S - 330 7先处理、IBA后处理的多 ,也比两者混合处理的效果要

Abstract:S-3307 at concentrations ranging from 10 -6 mol/L to 10 -4 mol/L increased adventitious root formation and dry weight of roots in mung bean hypocotyl cuttings,meanwhile inhibited elongation of epicotyl.Combined treatment of 10 -4 mol/L IBA and 10 -7 mol/L S-3307 significantly stimulated rooting more effective than each alone.However,IBA applied on the first day followed by S-3307 on the second day induced more roots than if applied in the reverse order,and also applying in combination.
